Our Story

Founded in 2004 with the dream of bringing fresh California/Mexican food to the masses around the country, we opened our first location in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, the heart of the Berkshires.  We currently operate in 3 states with more on the way.  We are willing to explore opportunities across the country for the right candidate.

There are no microwaves at our stores.  We have perfected our own Chef-inspired and made-from-scratch recipes that utilize fresh ingredients which are prepared daily at each of our locations.
