STEPS TO BECOMING A FRANCHISEE

STEP #1  SUBMIT THE FRANCHISE APPLICATION 
Contact us and we will email you a franchise application or visit our website for an electronic  application.  

STEP #2  MEET THE COMPANY EXECUTIVES
During this meeting, you will meet the company’s executives and observe Hot Harry’s Fresh Burritos® operations first hand at one of our Massachusetts area restaurants.

STEP #3  FINAL APPLICATION REVIEW
The company executives review and evaluate your interest in our company and your ability to operate a Hot Harry’s Fresh Burritos® restaurant.

STEP #4  ENTER INTO A FRANCHISE AGREEMENT
This agreement spells out the relationship and requirements of the franchise and the company the franchise fee is paid at this time.

STEP #5  IDENTIFY & SELECT A RESTAURANT LOCATION
Identify potential sites based on desired demographics. The company will approve or disapprove the site based on potential for success.

STEP #6  BEGIN CONSTRUCTION & REMODELING
 Select a contractor and begin construction. The franchisee will be provided, at no charge, standard plans and specifications for the design and configuration of a prototype Hot Harry’s Fresh Burritos® Restaurant and be in touch with the company architect for the drawings, construction and project management phase.

STEP #7   COMPLETE THE TRAINING PROGRAM
The franchisee and a member(s) of the franchise management team will learn all aspects of the restaurant systems, including operations, finance, accounting, management and marketing. You are also informed of organizational requirements and procedures for acquiring your liquor license.

STEP #8  OPEN FOR BUSINESS
The company will provide on-site support prior to and during the first week of opening.
