At Hot Harry’s Fresh Burritos®, we believe nothing guarantees success more than thorough training. We also believe the most effective training is achieved by combining actual on-the-job experiences with classroom instruction on all aspects of managing and controlling the business. Each Hot Harry’s Fresh Burritos® franchise is trained at a company run store.
During the initial stages of the training, the franchisee learns each position in the restaurant. That means welcoming guests, running the cash register, cooking, even washing dishes. Every restaurant task is understood and perfected.
The second stage involves the administrative functions performed by the store's management team. We’ve heard that our training is tiring and stressful, but we know that when it's over you'll be ready to run your own Hot Harry's Fresh Burritos , and that we've given you a great foundation for success!
The franchisee will be trained and tested in all aspects of the business including the following elements.
