Agreement Signed for a New Unit in Albany Area
Pittsfield, Massachusetss - March 2007 - Scott and Amy Jennings of New Lebenon, New York just signed a Franchise Agreement to open a Hot Harry's Fresh Burritos restaurant in the Albany area. The Jennings will own and operate the unit when it opens late Summer of 2007.
Scott Jennnings is currently a Senior Chief in the United States Navy and plans to retire in July of 2008. His wife Amy has been working at the Hot Harry's units in Pittsfield, Massachusetts the last six months in preparation for running her own store with her husband when he retires.
Samir Abdallah, President of Hot Harry's Fresh Burritos, Inc., says " we are excited to find a young, dynamic couple with the desire to open a Hot Harry's, not only close in Albany, but also to further our growth nationally. This is the first step into the Albany region which will lead to additional units opening in Latham, Clifton Park, and Saratoga."
This announcement comes three months after Abdallah publicized the company's focus on selling Hot Harry's franchises nationally. Hot Harry's recently had visits by potential franchisees from Boston, North Carolina, and Iowa with upcoming scheduled visits from Michigan, Texas, and India.
