IOWA WELCOMES HOT HARRY'S FRESH BURRITOS
Franchise Agreement Signed for a Unit in Cedar Rapids Area

Pittsfield, Massachusetts - May 2007 - Angela and Ken Halm of Marion, Iowa signed a Franchise Agreement to open a Hot Harry's Fresh Burritos restaurant in the Cedar Rapids area.  The Halms will own and operate the unit when it opens in late 2007.

Angela Halm is originally from Dubuque, Iowa, but has made the Cedar Rapids area home since 1988.  She has worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years starting in fast food as a teenager and then moving on to serving in several full-service restaurants until 2006.  In addition, she obtained her real estate license in 2004 and currently works for Remax Associates Realtors.

Ken Halm has lived in the Cedar Rapids area for the last thirty-five years, with the exception of the time he spent at the University of Northern Iowa, where he earned a BA in political science.  He has been a manufacturing supervisor at Square D / Schneider Electric since 2000.

The Halms are eager to open their first Hot Harry's Fresh Burritos and have their sights set on opening additional locations in Iowa.  Angela says, "We had looked into several burrito franchise opportunities, but we were most impressed with the quality at Hot Harry's!"

This is the second single store franchise signed for Hot Harry's Fresh Burritos in 2007.  Samir Abdallah, President of Hot Harry's Fresh Burritos, Inc., says "we are impressed with Angela and Ken's enthusiasm and energy and know that they are an excellent addition to the Hot Harry's family."

Hot Harry's Growth in 2007
Hot Harry's signed another single store franchise in March of 2007 for a new location in East Greenbush, New York, a suburb of Albany.  They are in initial discussions with
potential franchisees from Boston, Massachusetts and Long Island, New York with upcoming scheduled visits from Michigan, Texas, and India.
