My first contact with Hot Harry’s was as an average customer.  I was so taken by the quality and consistency of the food that my family and I ate there almost daily for the first month.  Coming from a bookkeeping background in the restaurant industry, I became interested pretty quickly in opening my own store.  Once I investigated further, I was pleased to find they had created easy systems and recipes that the “Average Joe” could follow and be just as successful.  As a man that likes numbers, I love that there is virtually no waste and there is not a slow moving item on the menu.  Almost every piece of inventory has multiple uses within the menu and even Hot Harry’s Fresh Burritos, Inc. takes those same considerations when developing specials.

Two years after opening my store, I’m still amazed with the product and systems.  Hot Harry’s Fresh Burritos, Inc. has been available for on-going support and has worked with me to cater to my unique market.  

Since that day my store opened, we have continued researching future sites and new markets in my county to expand with additional stores.  I have been thoroughly satisfied with my return on my investment and want to grow with the company.
